Salon Booking Policy
At Copper Queen Salon, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, personalised services in a professional environment. Please take a moment to review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both clients and staff.
Service Adjustments
We reserve the right to amend or change any service without prior notice, based on factors such as your hair condition, time availability, or service suitability. Any significant changes will be discussed with you during your appointment.
Consultations – New Clients
- A full consultation is required for every new client before any colour service can be booked.
- Consultations incur a £30 fee, which is non-refundable.
- This fee will be deducted from the cost of your colour service if booked.
- You are permitted to reschedule up to two times, and the £30 fee will remain valid on your account for up to six months.
- After six months, or after more than two reschedules, a new consultation and payment will be required.
No quotes or price estimates are given via phone, message, email, or social media.
Pricing is only provided in person, at the end of the consultation, once we fully understand your hair’s needs and the scope of the service required.
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
- More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge; you may reschedule at no cost.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: A 50% charge of the booked service applies, or your deposit will be forfeited.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day cancellation: A 100% charge of the booked service will apply.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer availability to other clients.
Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure your booking, especially for colour or extended services. These deposits are non-refundable in cases of cancellation within 48 hours or no-shows.
Big Colour Services – Important Notes
For major colour work (e.g., transformations, corrections, or vivid colours), we require as much detail as possible ahead of the appointment to ensure proper planning and timing.
- Clear photos of your current hair (natural lighting preferred)
- Inspiration images of your desired look
- Full colour and chemical history
- Your availability for multiple sessions if necessary

Copper Queen VIP colour Membership Program – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: from the sign up date
Duration: 12 Months
By enrolling in the [COPPER QUEEN] Membership Program (“Membership”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Overview
1.1. The Membership is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment.
1.2. Members receive a selection of salon services and products as part of their Membership benefits, which are to be redeemed throughout the year.
1.3. Membership benefits cannot be transferred or shared with others.
2. Payments & Fees
2.1. The Membership fee is £1800 payable in either full upfront or monthly installments £150 per month.
2.2. All payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in the cancellation policy below.
2.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in Membership suspension or termination.
3. Service Redemption
3.1. Services and products included in the Membership must be used within the 12-month periodand do not roll over.
3.2. Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to stylist/technician availability.
3.3. Members are responsible for booking their appointments in a timely manner to ensure availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Members may cancel their Membership within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided no services or products have been redeemed.
4.2. After 14 days, cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Fee] or the remaining balance of the Membership, whichever is lower.
4.3. If the Membership was paid in full and canceled after 14 days, any used services/products will be deducted from the refund amount based on standard pricing.
4.4. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or in person at the salon.
5. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
5.1. Members are allowed only ONE (1) reschedule per year without penalty.
5.2. Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
5.3. Any additional reschedule requests may result in the forfeiture of the service or an additional fee of the full treatment service .
5.4. No-shows or late cancellations 24hrs before the appointment will result in the loss of that servicefrom the Membership benefits.
6. Adaptation to Services Policy
6.1. Copper Queen reserves the right to modify, adapt, or substitute services included in the Membership due to availability, staffing changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6.2. If a service included in the Membership becomes unavailable, the salon will provide a comparable alternative of equal or greater value.
6.3. No refunds or reductions in Membership fees will be issued due to service substitutions.
7. Product Policy
7.1. Products included in the Membership must be claimed within the 12-month period and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
7.2. If a specific product is out of stock, the salon reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement.
7.3. All product redemptions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Membership Termination by Salon
8.1. Copper Queen reserves the right to terminate a Membership if a Member violates these terms, engages in inappropriate behavior, or fails to make required payments.
8.2. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and all remaining benefits will be forfeited.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
9.1. Copper Queen reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or the salon’s website.
By enrolling in the Membership Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Copper Queen Education Course Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a course with us. By booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
• Course Fees: Full course fees are required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payment plans may be available for some courses; details will be provided upon request.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, and other specified methods.
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received, and you have received a confirmation email from us.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation by Participant:
• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the course start date to be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7-14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
• Cancellation by Organizer: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrollment or instructor availability. In such cases, participants may choose between a full refund or a transfer to another course.
3. Rescheduling
• Participant-Initiated Rescheduling: Participants may request to reschedule their booking up to 7 days before the course start date. Rescheduling is subject to course availability and may incur an additional administrative fee.
• Organizer-Initiated Rescheduling: In case of any changes to the schedule, we will notify participants at least 7 days in advance, where possible. Participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Attendance and Punctuality
• Attendance Requirement: Full attendance is required to complete the course. Missing more than 10% of the course may result in non-completion, and no refund will be provided.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate, and missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Course Materials and Tools
• Materials Provided: The course fee includes all necessary materials unless specified otherwise. These are provided for course use only and may not be taken home unless otherwise stated.
• Equipment: Students are responsible for bringing their own equipment as specified in the course requirements. Failure to bring necessary tools may affect participation.
6. Health and Safety
• Personal Health: Participants must inform us of any medical or health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the course. We reserve the right to refuse admission if a participant’s health is at risk.
• Compliance with Guidelines: Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by instructors. Failure to comply may result in removal from the course.
7. Code of Conduct
• Respectful Environment: We strive to maintain a positive and professional learning environment. Any behavior that disrupts the course or is disrespectful to instructors or other students may result in dismissal without refund.
• Prohibited Actions: Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse is strictly prohibited.
8. Certification
• Completion Requirements: A certificate of completion will be provided to participants who meet the attendance and performance requirements as outlined in the course.
• Certification Limits: Completion of this course does not guarantee employment or certification beyond what is stated at the time of booking.
9. Liability
• We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained by participants during the course. Participants are encouraged to arrange their own insurance where applicable.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during the course.
10. Data Protection
• We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for course administration and communication purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
